Adhering to the principle of "only oneself can surpass oneself," MEIZU PANDAER has launched the Gaming Earbuds 1S Metal Gear, once again catching my attention. Unlike the previous noise-canceling earbuds, this Bluetooth earbud is more suitable for gaming, with an ultra-low latency of 0.035S and ultra-stable Bluetooth 5.3 transmission, allowing mobile gamers to jump into battle anytime and seize the advantage. Aerospace Design Upgraded Again

The PANDAER Gaming Earbuds 1S continues the aerospace theme, featuring a futuristic overall style and a cyberpunk-inspired color scheme. Although the product packaging strives for understated sophistication, the combination of bright orange, fluorescent green, and black still exudes a strong sci-fi futuristic vibe.

Upon opening the box, a hexagonal charging case comes into view. The center of the case features a circular dashboard design, resembling a signal device on an aircraft. This part can be rotated open to reveal the earbuds for charging. On the other side, at the bottom, is a Type-C charging port.

The front and back patterns of the dashboard are different—the reverse side looks like an alien warning coordinate, adding a narrative touch to the design. The semi-transparent acrylic material reveals an orange inner light when charging, embodying a truly hardcore aerospace style. Additionally, the package includes an A-to-C charging cable.

Beyond the charging case, the earbuds themselves are also stylishly designed. First, they adopt a semi-in-ear design with an ear-canal-inspired sound outlet matrix and a more comfortable, pressure-free fit, eliminating the stuffiness of ear tips and the stethoscope effect. Second, the high-polymer shell material gives the earcups a semi-transparent look, with orange lighting visible inside during use, making them look ultra-techy when worn.

Instant Switching Between Music/Gaming Modes

The PANDAER Gaming Earbuds 1S feature wireless touch controls, with the touchpoint located where the stem meets the earcup. Double-tap or triple-tap to control music or calls, or long-press to switch between gaming and music modes instantly.

In gaming mode, users can enjoy an ultra-low latency of just 0.035S, with Bluetooth 5.3 ensuring strong signal stability and enhanced audio-visual synchronization. This allows gamers to stay fully aware of their surroundings, with special optimizations for gunshots and footsteps, delivering excellent positional audio to gain the upper hand in games.

In music mode, the earbuds deliver high-resolution HiFi sound quality thanks to a built-in 13mm dynamic driver and 105dB sensitivity. The PET + carbon-gold diaphragm dynamic driver delivers powerful soundstage and a live-concert-like experience. The sound signature is balanced and rich, with punchy bass, well-layered mids, clear vocals, and smooth yet detailed highs. The tuning is specially calibrated by MEIZU’s acoustic engineers for a more dynamic musicality. The PANDAER Gaming Earbuds 1S also feature ENC call noise cancellation, ensuring clear voice pickup during calls or gaming in noisy environments for seamless teamwork.

Long Battery Life & Splash Resistance

Although the 1S comes with a USB-C charging cable, it also supports wireless charging. On a full charge, the earbuds offer up to 7 hours of playback—perfect for extended gaming sessions without worrying about battery drain. With the charging case, total battery life extends to 28 hours, making it ideal for commuters who balance work and entertainment, requiring only about two charges per week.

The charging case displays remaining battery via LED indicators: green for 100-70%, white for 70-30%, and red for below 30%, signaling when it’s time to recharge.

Though designed as gaming earbuds, the PANDAER 1S boasts an IPX4 rating for everyday splash resistance—a highly practical feature, especially when accidentally knocking over coffee or tea during intense gaming sessions, significantly improving its durability.
